Join us for the Push-Up Challenge for Mental Health, a powerful movement where fitness meets purpose.
We’re challenging individuals to complete a set number of push-ups each day — representing the daily struggles many face in silence due to mental health conditions.
Every push-up counts. Every rep is a reminder: we’re stronger together.
This event will kick off the challenge! There will be prizes for participants and for the person who does the most pushups.
